1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any of the Atlassian apps provided by ChefStackZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Our apps are billed via the Atlassian Marketplace. The subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are entirely handled by Atlassian's billing systems in accordance with the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the software.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChefStackZ, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
